Simply reach out through our contact form. We’ll schedule a consultation to hear about your plans, walk you through the packages, and make sure we’re the right fit for your wedding day.
Full planning is ideal for couples who want expert guidance from start to finish. I’ll help with vendor recommendations, budget management, timeline development, design support, logistics, and all the details that bring your wedding together.
Coordination is designed for couples who want to do most of the planning themselves but would like professional support leading up to and on the wedding day. I’ll step in during the final stages, learn all the details you’ve worked hard to create, and ensure everything is executed smoothly.
Unique to my process, coordination clients have access to me from the time of booking, with detailed hand-off starting as early as three months out so you aren't overwhelmed during your final week of wedding prep.
Think of it this way: full planning means we’re building the wedding together from the beginning, while coordination means you’ve built it and I’m helping bring it to life.
A planner doesn't just help organize your wedding, they help protect your time, energy, and peace of mind throughout the entire process.
Between work, family and everyday life, most couples don't have the time to research and book vendors, manage planning deadlines, field questions and keep track of hundreds of little details. The role of our planner is to take those pieces off your plate so you can stay focused on the fun and exciting parts of being engaged and preparing for your big day.
Then, on your wedding day, you won't be wondering who's setting up decor or where the florist is or worrying about the timeline. You'll know someone who understands your vision and your priorities is handling those details so you can be fully present with the people you love.
Your friends and family absolutely can help, but there’s a difference between helping and being responsible for the entire day.
A coordinator is there to manage timelines, vendor communication, setup oversight, unexpected issues, and dozens of behind-the-scenes details that most guests never see. When those responsibilities fall to friends or family members, they often spend the day working instead of celebrating.
Hiring a coordinator allows your loved ones to be fully present with you while giving you the confidence that an experienced professional is overseeing the details and handling any challenges that arise.
If you’re interested in full planning, I recommend reaching out as soon as you’ve secured a date or timeframe for your wedding. The earlier we begin, the more support and guidance you’ll receive throughout the process. Booking early also gives you more time to feel the relief of knowing things are getting done in the background while you’re focused on your daily life and responsibilities.
If you’re looking for coordination, it’s still beneficial to book early. While coordination focuses primarily on the final stages of planning and wedding day execution, my couples also receive ongoing support through monthly check-ins where they can ask questions, troubleshoot challenges, and get professional advice along the way.
Popular dates often book well in advance, so earlier is always better if you’d like to secure your spot.
A retainer of 50% is required to secure your date, with the remaining balance due before your wedding day. We can also arrange a payment plan if needed.
We handle all music licensing and selection, but you're welcome to share songs or artists you love. We'll use that as a guide for the mood and style of your film. Final selection is ours to ensure proper licensing and the best fit for your edit.
Absolutely. While many couples choose both, you’re welcome to book only photography or only videography. Each package is designed to stand on its own. However, our packages are discounted from the a la carte rate as we work best as a team.
What sets me apart is a combination of thoughtful preparation and a calm, steady presence. I believe the secret to a smooth wedding day happens long before the wedding day itself. I spend significant time preparing behind the scenes in advance. I work through logistics, confirm details, communicate with vendors and identify potential issues before they become problems.
Throughout the planning process, you'll have access to my guidance and expertise whenever questions come up. My clients often tell me that they feel less overwhelmed because they know they don't have to figure everything out alone.
When the wedding day arrives, I'm the person quietly solving problems and calmly keeping everything on track so you can focus on celebrating.
Yes! We’re based in Calgary but love to travel for weddings. Travel fees depend on location and logistics, and we’ll provide a custom quote if your celebration is outside the local area.
Every package comes with an engagement session. This is really important to us as it gives you the chance to meet us in person, get comfortable in front of the camera, and build that trust before the wedding day.
We offer complimentary travel up to 100 km outside Calgary, putting the mountains within reach for those who want them. We’ll provide some recommendations for beautiful locations if you don’t have anything in mind.
While we do have a team of dedicated photographers & videographers, we occasionally bring in trusted external shooters or assistants to ensure no moment is missed.
Full photo galleries are delivered within 8-12 weeks. Films are usually delivered within 12–16 weeks. We’ll always send a sneak peek soon after your wedding so you have something to enjoy right away. In fact, our Signature Photo Package includes a same day sneak peek so you can enjoy and share the photos immediately.
Yes! Forever From Here is unique in offering both photography, videography & planning under one roof. Many couples love that they don’t have to juggle multiple vendors - we bring a unified style, workflow, and team approach to telling your story & planning your day.
We’ve designed our packages to fit a wide range of wedding days, so most couples find exactly what they need within the options we offer. That said, if you decide after booking (or even on the wedding day itself) that you’d like additional coverage, we’re happy to stay longer.
Extra hours can be added at our hourly rate of $300/photographer/hour, so you’ll never miss a moment that matters.
A Story Session is a pre-wedding experience where you share your story on camera in your own words - how you met, what you love most about each other, and what this next chapter means to you.
This is added to the wedding film to provide more than just the story of the wedding day, but rather your love story.
